CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at +91 98109 64261 or email info@premiumlabz.in. We will provide a return authorization to expedite your return and refund process. You must then send the goods in their original condition and packaging to the address listed in the “Contact Us” section above, marked “Returns.” We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge fees if the product is not returned according to these requirements.

We recommend insuring the return shipment as you are responsible for the goods’ care until we receive them at our warehouse. We also suggest using a secure, traceable method to return your order to Premium Labz and keeping proof of shipment in case of a dispute.

Please note, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

All items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

We will refund the full price of the product, including shipping costs, within fourteen days of receiving your contract cancellation notice, provided the goods are returned within that period.

EXCHANGING YOUR ORDER

If you would like to exchange a product or flavor, please contact Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order to update your account. Before returning the item, email info@premiumlabz.in.

There is no charge to exchange items for a new flavor or size, subject to stock availability. Shipping for the replacement item is free.

Please note that we can only offer exchanges for flavor or product size. For an alternative product, please return the original item and place a new order.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

If you receive an item that is faulty or defective, please contact Customer Services for assistance. Before returning the item, email info@premiumlabz.in.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing defect occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that damage from wear and tear is not considered a fault.

Once we have inspected the returned item, we will notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable time frame. Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of the refund notification email and include the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the return shipping costs. Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used for your purchase.

If you prefer an exchange, we can only replace it with the same product, size, and flavor, subject to availability. A full refund will be provided if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s payment method and will include shipping costs for faulty items.

Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for processing by your bank. This duration varies between card issuers, and we cannot influence this processing time.

LATE RETURNS

Returns made after 14 days may be accepted at the discretion of Premium Labz.

OUR POLICY

Items must be returned new, unused, with the product seal intact, and with all original tags attached. Returns that are used, damaged, or soiled may be rejected and returned to the customer.

  • All items are quality checked before dispatch.
  • If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
  • To ensure quick processing, return all items from the same order in one shipment.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging to protect them during transit.
